Here I have two of the same Rev. die pair 1859's 20+E22a and 20a+E22a how would you grade each one of them?

MG, the first one is Obverse 20+E22a. Very nice MS coin. I believe the weakness on both sides is due to the obverse die collapsing a bit in the center, not wear.

The second coin is a better struck, 20a+E22a. Also MS or high AU. There might be a touch of wear on that one.

The second coin has more detail in the hair, but the first coin is the nicer one in my opinion. Also a scarcer die pair.
