I find so many of these things that sometimes I wonder how rare they actually are. But here are three I found yesterday and all are unlisted so in theory they are currently rare to the point of unique. The third one is a double Retained Cud. I will be sending these along with a bunch of others off to JC in the next day or two when I get a chance to do all the photography.

Nice finds tropicalbats! I love them. Cuds are definitely more common in the 1940's especially on 1943 Steel cents (WW2 era).

Excellent find Mightyheaths! Definitely very rare to find this in circulation.

Here's another of my most recent finds. Not really that rare, but it is my first time ever finding an Retained Cud.

JOHN65 why do you staple all 4 sides?
I staple 3 and right on the fourth.
On a 2x2 of course.

I staple all 4 side. My experience shows the coin can slip (and has) inside the 2x2.

My Son found this the other day
1980 Penny Error
I think it's called a off center plus Cud?

P.S. I figured out the photo setup.
