These are interesting coins. Here are a 2 Kopecks and the decoration that is represented on the reverse side, the Iron Cross. With that military symbol and the legend "GEBIET DES OBERBEFEHLSHABERS OST" (Territory of the top commander - East) on the obverse, there is no doubt that they are coins of military occupation.
