So what does the "wide" part of the variety refer to? Is it a different font (the insides of the 8's round rather than oval)? It certainly isn't the spacing.

Someone correct me if wrong but Okie I believe "wide" refers to the overall
shape of the number.
Wide has a Marilyn Monroe figure where as narrow is more ... um ...
is more Audrey Hepburn . ish . That help ?
