Here are a couple more and I'm not sure just what they are currency, coupons or something else.
Does anyone recognize these at all?

Cheers, Bill

They are called mini-assegni or mini-checks. They were issued by Italian banks in the mid-70s to combat a shortage of small change caused by the metal value of the coinage exceeding the face value.
Rest in Peace

There are hundreds of different types. They usually sell for a dollar or two.

Thanks for the reply on this it's greatly appreciated. It's not so much the value that interest me but I really like the story and purpose of them.
Not sure if it belongs in my collection of checks or my collection of world banknotes.
Would these be considered currency and as such collected by currency collectors?

Cheers, Bill

I would certainly add them to my collection as a private bank note.

Assegno Circolare means circulating check. Collect 'em if you like 'em.

Similar instruments were issued during WWII and to a limited extend in 1966.

This is an example of the WWII type.
