After giving it some thought, I have decided at last to reorganize my Roman binder pages to hopefully expand the collection to one of each emperor as both Caesar and as Augustus. For the most part, this is pretty clear-cut, but Constantine II is proving to be tough.
The reason being, of course, that upon Constantine I's death in 337, his empire was split in four parts between Constantine II, Constantius II, Constans, and Delmatius. Delmatius was killed off quickly, and Constantine II felt entitled to more than his third of the empire as the oldest male heir. A civil war ensued, and Constantine II fell in battle after less than 3 years in power.
According to Wildwinds and Tesorillo, Constantine II only issued a handful of types as Augustus, the most common by far being the Gloria Exercitvs type with one standard; a type shared with his father using often identical legends and fundamentally similar busts. I'm going back through my collection and backlog, but so far coming up empty. Does anyone have any information on just how common or scarce these coins are? I can't seem to recall seeing any for sale lately.
