On the tops of USA, the marks on the tops of the devices are split plating. Also the right side of the green area is also split plating. on the hair line, it looks like it is Die Deterioration. On GOD there is MD on the left sides of these letters. The bottom of ICA on AMERICA is also Machine Doubling. So I'm not seeing any hub doubling on this coin. Sorry.
