My guess would be damage from a coin counting/sorting/wrapping machine of some sort.

It's also on reverse.

, the die was pretty used on both obverse and reverse.

Agree. Wrapping Machine Damage is only on the obverse.

I do not see any wrapper machine damage,just worn die issue obverse and reverse.

The obverse looks like vending machine damage. A coin wrapper damages a bit closer to the center of the coin. The mark under ONE looks like field disturbance, like a die gouge or dent on the field area. The coins value if normal for a collectable coin, or silver melt which ever is highest. No premium for what you are seeing on the coin. (but most want to know what it is/ or what it isn't)
