Second, if you use the search box in the upper left hand corner of your screen, you can find several other examples of similar coins. Here is one such thread: http://goccf.com/t/302556 As you will discover, the general concensus here is that such ripples occur when someone heats up a coin after it leaves the mint. Your cent is interesting to look at, so certainly save it if you want, but it is only worth face value.
