Its a 1958 wheat looks like a ripple effect or something, I'm clueless on it

@craz, first welcome to CCF. Second, if you use the search box in the upper left hand corner of your screen, you can find several other examples of similar coins. Here is one such thread:

As you will discover, the general concensus here is that such ripples occur when someone heats up a coin after it leaves the mint. Your cent is interesting to look at, so certainly save it if you want, but it is only worth face value.

Copper cents ripple but the copper plated zinc cents pretty much collapse into itself.
