2009 P Lincoln Cent With Missing Window Panes. What Caused This?

Interesting 2009 P Lincoln Cent with missing window panes on the third and fourth from the left first floor. The fourth window on the first floor has no window panes at all. I have read about this on proof cents but not on business strikes.

I think what causes that is looking too closely at a coin.

I don't know, a very slightly weak strike? Die wear?
