Came across a 1973D and 1974D nickel both of which I believe have full steps...these are the pictures of the 1973D.

Anyone wanna weigh in?

Sorry that doesn't have full steps, maybe 3 but I think 2 steps only, it took too many hits.

I tried searching for these years ago. When I look now at the examples on PCGS, then I see coins that I wouldn't consider as full steps they graded. So I gave up on them. I don't waste my time.
