Can't quite make out enough details, but it looks like the shield on the obv has a fleur-de-lis. Maybe 15th to 17th century non-Royal France?

Did a Numista search, this was the best fit:

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces130522.html

Spanish Netherlands, Gueldre, Roermond.
[Carlos II?], 1 gigot (whatever that is).

I'm putting the "Carlos II" part in brackets because the legend doesn't quite line up, and I suspect it might be a different ruler.
The rest is probably correct, however.
