There are several dates with doubled ears,but this is not one.

Yes , Wexler does list a doubled earlobe for 1999. From your pics your coin is not that die. Wish I could show you an example but I have not found one yet , and I have looked at a bunch of 1999 ears !

1997-P is one of the years for double ears. I think there are a couple more but can't think of them off-hand.

I'll add a minor doubled ear to the list . This is a 1944-D DDO at the ear that I found but never sent to be listed.
