Hi everyone! I recently came across this 1964 D dime and was wondering what its grade would be. I'm thinking mid MS at the least, but I am by no means an expert.

I don't know why the pictures turned out the way they did; the spotting is almost invisible on the real coin.

Would this dime qualify for FT and/or FB?

By the way, in that last picture, is that an RPM?

Here's a picture to show the luster of the coin (in hand, this coin has cartwheel luster). For details of the coin, please refer to the other pictures.
