I'll go MS62. I'm thinking that wing tip is from a weak strike or worn die

Agree. I'll say 63. Very attractive.

No rub on high points. No rub in open field centers. Minor hits and marks. No indication of cleaning.
Nice 63.

If the luster's decent (which the obverse image doesn't show) then 63 sounds fair. If the luster is as lacking on the obverse as the image suggests then MS62 sounds better.

To satisfy yourself if the wing tip area shows evidence of wear or not, closely examine this area with a powerful loupe, looking for mint luster. If there is no mint luster in this area, but is easily found elsewhere, it has to be (localized?) wear. I think I see a small amount of wear above Liberty's ear. Same thing as in paragraph 1 above applies. Grade accordingly.

I would think MS-63 from those pictures.
