Hi thanks for the answer, so my coin is 18 karat 42 gram. How do I know If ITS real or not, do you have the real ones picture

That is a very poor cast copy. It is likely to be plated at best. I very much doubt that it is solid 18 karat.

A gold Dekadrachm would be 4.2gms. They are not like your item in much the same way as Monopoly money is not real money. The remainder of your questions are not really relevant.
