The struck through errors are tough for me to distinguish from regular wear and tear. This reverse has the look of something with, no signs of pushed metal and partial letters showing. Thank you for the thoughts and direction.

It looks like a Struck Through. I don't see any pushups, so I think you're correct, but to be 100% sure, I will let the others chime in since I'm not an expert.

I would say it is a struck through debris. But I am wondering, if it was struck through debris before it was plated?

Jacket lapel area up to date area would be that opposite of the area to see if it is raised? There is a raised mark near the date. But rechecking that area again, the line moves into the area below the 'F' on OF. So that is the direction this is heading.

I wish I could make an overlay of this damage/error to the obverse area. I kind of question this one as being damage? I'm seeing a bit of splashed material from the trench and a raised area on the bust? (the bust shows some flattening on the top of some lines on the lapel area)
