dave700x Rest in Peace United States 10625 Posts	Posted 02/01/2018 10:05 am Assuming your coin is a Philly mint, here is a link to the VAM-8 listing for the 1881 proof issue http://www.vamworld.com/1881-P+VAM-8 I'm not seeing the die markers on the date of your coin but there are a couple of other on the reverse die that you can check for.
