Sorry, not sure I understand your question. Are you referring to the "11"s shown in the corners? This is the District Number for Dallas, the Federal Reserve Branch that issued the notes.

Coinfrog - I'll take some close ups of it, right above the 11. you can see a number in green (faint, but its there). Looking at the second picture there is a serial number imprinted on the "series 2013" and signature. But I will do some closeup's, I didn't realize how shotty that second picture is. My apologies.

I would guess....maybe a bit of post BEP ink transfer. Looks like the note has some hard folds, and while folded, the green serial number ink rubbed off on the opposing side. Maybe dampness was also involved.

FW? Fort Worth/Dallas. Otherwise the spots? Bleed through from heavy reverse ink? Don't see any definitive, could also be new sheet contact with wet ink.

If you need maginified photos to highlight something on a bill, it's likely not an error. Coins, on the other hand, are a different story.
This is probably just a spender.

You can see it fine with the naked eye, I just don't have a good photo setup with put using the macro lens on my phone. But you're probably right. I'm just looking to learn.

I see it now - my eyes aren't getting any younger. I agree with Crazy on this.
