Business issue strike is my 1875 P 20 cent piece. Mintage 36,910. I don't count proofs I only count business strikes.

Good question but we need guidance on categories. For US business strikes for me it would be an 1804 dime with about 8600 minted. For US proofs, an 1895 proof quartet at 800 struck. For colonials having 800 would make it common so that the high Rarity coins (R-6) and above or only double digits of examples are actually termed "rare" I suppose one of my Fugio pointed ray coppers. If you allow foreign coins I have one that is out of this world, a 1961 Celeston from the man who claimed outer space at the United Nations, where they added his flag for a while until they figured out what he was claiming had no terrestrial presence. He did issue passports for astronauts so I guess we maintained good relations with the cosmos at the outset of mankind's travels in space. If you allow tokens rather than coins I have an R-8 token according to the book author who wrote about all the similar tokens he saw when writing his book. If you accept any authority on how many were issued. Lastly, all my love tokens and hobo nickels are unique with only one made, like snowflakes, no two are exactly alike.

My Chain America cent has a ( Red Book) mintage of 36,103.
My Saint-Gaudens High Relief double eagle has a ( Red Book) mintage of 12,367.

And I have other coins in my type set that are well below 1 million.

There are some modern international proofs that have very low mintages, but also seem to in be very limited demand.

My lowest US is a business strike 1885 Three Cent mintage of 1,000

Non US I have a conder token with an official mintage of 24 and another one with a mintage of 31.

I have a 1898 Canadian Manitoba Gold 1 Dol Token proof 400 minted 200 seized by the RCMP I guess 200 left

1931 Panama Quarter mintage 45,000. Several Canadian under 1,000,000 from cents to dollars. 1926 S Buffalo

I would love to show off but camera problems prevent that.

Aside from tokens, notgelds, and assorted other weird issues, my lowest mintage is probably the Pitcairn 5 cents, with an official mintage of 20,000.

Won't be surprised if there's actually something lower.
