The circular line in the head (and the date) looks like damage from a coin-wrapping machine. TRUST is also a victim of the same kind of machine just pushing the metal up towards the rim.

If your expert called it an error then it sounds like you need a new expert.
As scstrawn said your coin is nothing more than damage from a coin rolling wrapping machine.

We see Rolling Machine Damage all the time. This is it. If your expert tells you this is an error, he's no expert. To a true expert, this is a "no-brainer."

Occurred after strike. Jammed up gumball or vending machines have been known to produce similar results as well. Thanks, Doug.

That is a bogus expert. NOT an error at all.

The bottoms of TRUST may have been damaged in a vending machine. (gumball) Also as mentioned possible damage from a coin wrapper or another coin pressed on to the coin. But it wasn't struck this way so it was not an error. It is all PSD.
