Hi all, hope everyone is haveing a great Memorial weekend? I found these 2 Wide AM's LM cents while searching through a Brinks box of circulated cents. I've found numerous 2000 & 1998 Wide AM's over the last few months but these are the best specimens I've found so far. I would grade the 98 as AU55 and the 2000 as AU50. Your grading opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Bill

I finally took the time to look through my large bottle of daily discarded pennies and my wifes jar. Came up with 6-1998's and 3-2000's but no 1999's Harvey

I'm still yet to find any...... I don't think they exist here in the N.W. Sort of like BigFoot..... you hear about them only. Buying them just takes away from the hunt...... though I might have to break down & make a purch ASE

Yes, the stuff of legend only, because so few P-cents make their way out West. I'd suggest swapping cents with someone back East. Thanks to a collector out that way, I found two '98 wide AMs.

Definitely a couple more great finds. Both coins should grade high!

We on the D coast can hope for the every elusive 1992 D Close AM. Although only a few have been found so far we can always hope.

I have only found one Wide A M, 1998, but I will continue to look for the 99 and 2000. Someone is selling the 98 wide A M for $27.00 on the internet, circulated.
