A friend who is a coin dealer looked at my pictures and graded this within seconds - just wondering if you all would have different opinions.

This is a business strike in a GSA holder. Cameo is a proof designation. Do you mean proof like?

This coin 63 imho. Can't tell if it is proof-like.

Yes, I'm referring to PL. So instead of Cameo, it would be MS-63PL.

Looks MS63PL ... but it's very hard to distinguish PL and DMPL with a single photo. That distinction is something best done with coin in hand. Also, I've seen many DMPL coins with grades that seem way too high. For example, I've seen 64DMPL coins that don't even look MS63 to me.
