I am relatively new to collecting compared to most on here but really avid about it. I ran across this 1970s. I know it's a large date which is common but the ERTY in liberty is angled do . Does anyone have any I go on this or ran across it before? Thanks:

@melman, first welcome to CCF. Second, any chance of you posting a close-up pic of LIBERTY?

to CCF, melman. Pending a close-up, given the damage to the rest of the coin, I'm going to guess PMD. I think it's an optical illusion with the B and E having been enlarged from an impact. The rest of the letters are straight across.

to the forum.
Sort of makes you think someone at the Mint was drinking something he shouldn't have. However, just post mint damaged.

Until we get a close up picture I'm thinking PMD.

Best I can do at moment will try again. Later if this doesn't give a good enough shot. Don't mind color, again dealing with a subpar camera
