I am no expert but I would think that to be Die Deterioration Doubling and not a true double die. Despite the appearance of split serifs, I think that is a result of a very late die state.
Not hub doubling or RPM. Could be coin contact, very slight MD, Or ejection contact. But the 1968-1972 cents are know for their Machine Doubling. It is not die wear. The coins fields indicate to me that it is only in the MDS die state when your coin was struck. So no premium for this coin. sorry.
