The location of the mint mark would be helpful. There are several that look like that.

I believe it is 001 because of the nub under the last "T" in "TRUST"...

In an OBW roll the most I've found of the same variety is 19 out of 50. On roll there were only 4 different die pairs in that roll. In another roll I found 23 different die pairs and none were a variety. So they vary because of the number of machines were filling the batch you roll/bag/bin your coins were wrapped from.

But I've had one time where I found one RPM in a roll and it was damaged by the Coin wrapper...
