Maybe this is normal but only on the Western edge of the coin is there a raised rim inside the collar...
The reverse appears "normal"...Thoughts?

None taken CF...I tried to capture the small 30 degree section and a closeup but still working on taking pics
This was the only one like it in the roll...
Many had the collar clash/wide collar look but this one has a raised rim inside the rim...

Maybe a very slightly mis-aligned die? It looks roughly the same thickness as the eastern rim.

I noticed the outside finning beginning. It is possible that pressure of a slight tilt forced the material on the inside to rise as well as a fin to form....

http://www.error-ref.com/finning/

Finning

Definition: A fin is a thin flange that extends vertically from the rim/edge junction of a coin struck within the collar. It is caused by excessive striking pressure or a localized increase in striking pressure caused by slight die tilt. The extra pressure causes coin metal to squeeze into the narrow gap between die neck and collar. Fins can develop on either face or both faces simultaneously. A fin may encircle a coin or may be restricted to one pole. The latter is the kind typically produced by die tilt.
