Appears to be Cuds from the Mint. Also, part of the L is missing but that looks like post mint damage.

It appears like it would qualify as a "BIEIR" (LDB45) die break. BIEs are catalogued and yours looks like an earlier stage of the LDB45-1953-001 listed here:

If none of that makes sense, follow the link and explore the site. The designations and numbers tell what part of LIBERTY is affected by die chips/breaks.

It may be worth sending to JC Stevens to have attributed. It looks like the listing I mentioned, but not exactly. You may be able to attach your name to a new listing on the site.
