2002 P Kennedy Mint Roll unopened 2 end coins with Die Breaks? on neck, I seen this somewhere but can't find, I don't want to open roll or should I?

Those are called Die Cracks. This is a common area for Die Cracks since it's closest to the rim, making it a stress point on the die. I would open these rolls since there's a known error for this year. Collar Breaks is what you need to look for. Read this article. https://www.coinworld.com/news/us-c...se.all.html#

I have found 16 of the 20 that have this die break/chip out of the roll, are they worth getting graded?

Die stage 1/2 is defined by the addition of two die cracks. One extends from the eagle's right wing tip to the design rim; the other extends from Kennedy's neck toward the design rim. During this die stage the collar break occupies a position anywhere from 7:30 to 9:00. Twenty-two coins fall into this die stage.

That area is a common area for quarters and halves for this to happen. Again something people see but probably won't warrant a premium.
