1982 D Small Date Copper Lincoln Cent?

While looking at some Lincoln cents I came across this weakly struck 1982 small date. It weighs 3.1 grams and almost looks as if there may be a D under the date. I really need some more eyes on this one. Thanks!

It is a 1982 small date. hard to see if there's a D though.

It's definitely a small date, and copper based on your weight. But I don't see a D mintmark where it should be on the coin. I think it's just wear and tear. I hope there is one that we just can't see!

Where did the OP get 1982 from? That's a 1988.
