Those are Die Chips that caused the "Extra Claw" error and in "The Great Land", those are also Die Chips. The die was in a LDS or VLDS (Late Die State or Very Late Die State) at the time when your coin was struck. It's a keeper as well.

I agree with E&V that these are well placed die chips. Very interesting as the word LAND almost looks like an acronym now. I can't imagine much of a premium for this coin, but kinda neat and therefore maybe worth the price of a 2x2.
