I have around fifty or so silver in color foreign tokens. No date...just a small circle with 2 doves and what might be israeli wring. I will upload image as soon as possible.

2 doves in small circle w/ foreign lettering.

Most likely a Pachinko token - a Japanese game that's like part pinball, part gambling.

In Japan, they have a value of about 20 yen (+/- 20 cents) in exchange for prizes for Pachinko winnings. Think of it like a string of Chuck e Cheese tickets - nominally worth cash, but only in one particular place. I normally mix them in with other junk tokens, and have never met a Pachinko token collector.
