Yes. Gambling from absolutely terrible photos from the internet. My total gamble is $22 (shipping each way).

These are the best pictures that I am able to capture. The edges (corners) of the rims are covered by the membrane inside the holder. Cracking the slab is not an option.

The color is definitely gold/champagne in color.

Reverse strike is excellent.

Obverse strike is a touch weak near Liberty - which, is not uncommon for the 1913 T1 proof buffs (please use your google mastery for hundreds of available pictures).

Please comment as you wish.

First two images with filtered LED lighting. This is NOT the color of the coin. See second images for a closer representation.

Edited - reduce the actual size of the photos - too much detail being washed.

I use a program called "Photosuite 9" that has an option to auto fix images. Utilizing this feature, these pictures are VERY close to actual color.

Edited post to use smaller size pictures - too much detail being washed.

The shoulders of the edges on the coin are not square enough for a proof.

Thanks everybody.

In this instance, only have reference photos/descriptions/etc available from the web.

The slab insert REALLY cover the edge of this Buff.

In all of the research that I have completed over the last couple of weeks, there are varying degrees of quality of matte proof strikes. In the case of this coin, I disqualified this coin because of the weak LIBERTY, but, that is not always the case.

A couple more snips to show some square rims next to the obverse and reverse fields.

PS - coin is in transit back to previous owner. Not enough to convince me either. If the edge of the rim could be seen......one can only hope.
