Not to be ignorant, but I don't see it in your pictures. Looks normal to me.

The various doubled dies that are somewhat blobbish under the letters of LIBERTY can be buggers to see in photographs. However, they can be really quite obvious under a normal hand lens and spinning the coin around a bit. That said, I don't see a DDO in your image (which is very, very good) but also not saying it isn't there.
Rest in Peace

Not a DDO. Look at the location of the chip (blob) on your coin, then look at the one I copied from the link that you provided. Your sits up above the lower leg of the "L" and the one from variety vista sits below the lower leg. Not a match but don't let that discourage you! There out there to be found. Keep looking!

Looks like that area where you have the red arrow, was affected by a slight hit, that moved the metal upwards on that device. It is just damage. But I am glad you are aware of the location of the DDO below the 'L'. On these it sometimes happens that the 4 will also show a mark. Sometimes above or below the center bar of the 3.

Note on this example the hub rotated a bit and mark above the 'L' and Below the center of the 3.
