I wouldn't have too high expectations.
It's a made-for-collectors bronze medal. Anybody could design them, have them minted and try to sell them. And dozens or hundreds of designs exist.
It looks like they were postmarked at the Cape, so there's some indication as to when this was made, but there's no telling how many were made.
