Found this one this morning. It has a raised rim that goes over a third of the way around the obverse. What is it?

Does it look folded over? (can you see underneath that area?)
Then it might be a flattened fin.
If not, then it might be a rim Cud.

A tilted die would affect 1/2 the coin allowing the fin to rise on just one half of the rim area.

I think these pics will show that it ithis is a Cud. There are lines in the field that match those on the side of the Cud. I could be wrong, what do you think? I looked on coc saw some much more minor like this one, should I email them?
