Can anyone identify this? Or know anything about it? Where it was made or who minted it? I have suspicions it may have come from Italy, but not really sure.

Th relief on it is super high.

The diameter is 50mm.
The rim thickness is 4mm.
Including the relief, the overall thickness is 10mm.

Its not a coin. Its a guardian metal. It probably was made in Italy. I dont think it has any real value to it.

The inscription on the second is Latin for "good shepherd".
There's a distinct style to the Milanese medals, very nice.
