1982 Zinc (Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC ) Small Date Doubled Die Reverse / DDR Or Error?

Titles are Important! * Hello Everyone, I came across a 1982 small date zinc (2.5g) with strange markings on the reverse located between the letters C-E of CENT.
