Part of my problem in attributing this coin is its low grade and damage. I am thinking it is Reverse of 1968 described here: http://www.error-ref.com/transition...th-proof-re/ br /

Looks correct. It is the 1970 D with the reverse of a 1968.

Unless the coins are BU, I doubt it would have any premium. When you look at these in the CGP, (Cherry-Pickers-Guide) it doesn't list a price in any coin grade for this.
