A 66 Ltn Note? Or Not? - Opinions Please

Still, it can be a 66. The little mark on the front even looks like it could be on the plastic. Report this Post to the Staff

There are just too many available without those discolorations and I know that they would have bugged me to no end. It's still available on ebay at a good price for a PMG66EPQ.
