 The devices are reduced in thickness, not doubled. Looks like Machine Doubling (MD) to me.

 I agree with Fuzzy. What you have is known as MD. It can stand for any combination of machine/mechanical doubling/damage. The die shifted during the strike and created that lower "plateau" next to the devices. Unfortunately, this is all considered a non-error, or damage, and has no added value. It may be worth keeping as a comparison for the future.

Welcome!! I am also fairly new and the one thing I have gotten down pat is the Machine Doubling now. LOL! Its tricky sometimes, but if the "doubled" portion looks flat like a shelf, it is Machine Doubling. That helped me in figuring it out. Good luck in your searches and Happy Hunting!
