Since my tablet died, and seldom on the laptop, been spending most of my time that used to be here on CCF, on Facebook Groups, it was time to get back online and catch up on some posts here.
Having just posted my Census on Web-Press Overprint Errors in the World Currency Forum in hopes of locating additional error notes, anyone interested can check it out at;

Just when you think you learned all there is to know when it comes to Error Notes printed on the Alexander Hamilton Web Press, out of the blue I receive a message awhile back from SteveInTampa on him locating & purchasing a series 1993 Web "Printed Fold" error.
To my knowledge, this is the only Web Overprint Error I've seen printed for the entire 1993 series.
Shortly thereafter, I locate a PMG Certified "Insufficient Inking" error on
ebay that caught my attention.
This was on a series 1988A Web Note, and with the insane number of FAKE error notes listed as genuine Insufficient Inking Errors on
ebay,
along with my past negative experience with PMG when it comes to them describing Currency Errors,
I avoided any interest in this Note.
This was until receiving a
ebay reminder the listing was nearing it's end. I then revisited this again, this time with my Web Handbook, and carefully comparing the Note with the Plate Photo.
It was in the last 2 minutes or so that I decided since it was from the "G" Block, and with the 5/8 Plate Combo, it was worth the gamble.
Surprised I was high bidder at half my maximum bid, I was then focusing on the positive side (as I already had the G-P Block overprint on back error), and thinking about different ways to test this for any signs of alteration outside the BEP.
Upon receiving this, and removing it from its holder, I scanned some Web Notes from series 1988A, and printed out serial numbers 0-9 (3rd picture below) for side by side comparison during test mode.
I had taken over a hundred photos under multiple lighting sources and different angles. I must have printed out a few dozen photos as some photos would reveal One Digit at a time.
This was time consuming to say the least, and surprised the printed copy doesn't show the numbers as clear as the higher resolution photos on the laptop, I'm 99% positive I have the correct serial number printed on the sheet above this one.
Now I know there are 15 other examples out there somewhere, and how many of the 15 entered circulation is anyone's guess (but this is a genuine error to cherry pick), and from the same Run 8 as the overprint on back error.
I've tried contacting Bob Kvederas Jr. to exchange data on new information since publishing his 2004 Handbook.

[crickets]

How great would that be if the Kvederas Guys published a New Updated Edition, if for no other reason that many of todays young collectors have zero idea of what a "Web-Note" is, and how rare they are.

Web Inverted Overprint Errors

Since the hassle with PMG on my Pakistan Errors, I decided to use my leftover Museum Quality Archive Holders from when collecting Colonial Ephemera on these 2 Web Inverts.
