It is a fantasy coin-like Chinese charm.

Unless you know and specialize in these, not much over scrap value.
I don't, because I don't know. Iggorant when it comes to these.

This is a modern replica of Chinese charms. The Chinese means "bring in wealth and treasure". Usually people use it for decoration or part of souvenir etc
