So I not taking a chance being wrong and say it has DD. but I reviewed a lot of those articles you guys sent me. So Is this DD coin?

I see "ghosting", which is a common artifact of lighting, however I do not see any elements that are doubled.

Looks like the die flow is taking over on this coin. So the die was pretty tired already before your coin was struck.

I agree, die fatigue. But you have a nice die crack on that wing, how far up does it extend?
