Here's a couple of pictures. Appears that the reverse is off-set a bit. Normal or a slight error?

Can you put your coin in a 2x2 with obverse straight,then take a pic from both front and back.if the reverse still shows the same rotation, then you have a mint error called Rotated Die.

Like this Chase007? No, mine isn't like that. They are still opposite, just rotated a bit.

Ok,thanks for trying.can you take pics just like these?with the coin placed inside a 2x2 front straight up take a pic then flip it over and take a pic from the back.

The base should be pointing 45 degrees before anyone pays much attention to it. 45 degrees would place the base of the memorial even to 2 corners. Not there yet. An angle of 45 degrees looks like this:
