Looking at this coin I am seeing extra thickness, and some notching on date and motto, not sure about LIBERTY.

I'll go on record as saying that I can't tell from the pictures. There are some nice DDOs on 1971 cents. I have examples of some here. This one looks nothing like the ones I have. Better pictures may help. These are really pretty good but for the small details they have to be just a notch better in quality.

So please don't take it as a criticism. I've been going nuts all day trying to get a shot of a minor RPM today so I know how tough it can be:-)

As to the arrows pointing at the 1 of the date - that's a normal anomaly found on all 1971 cents.

As to the rest of the coin - doesn't look like a doubled die to me. Just a normal 1971 cent that could possibly have some minor Machine Doubling.
