The mint improved it's QC in 2000,so any error after 2000 that makes its way into circulation is rare. I think your find is a bit more than just rare. If I found it I would give it a quick dip in 100% pure acetone and put it in an Air-Tite capsule. John1 Report this Post to the Staff

If it is normal, it is a double clip, but if the edge is indented, then it maybe a triple clip. The alignment for a triple clip would be in that area: So lets see the edge on that area...
