1897 Eagle In Bezel/Bracelet .- Grading Challenge?

It was tough for me to even guess because, as the coin has been mounted in a bezel, dangling from a bracelet, it has not seen a lot of "wear" in the traditional sense of eroding, but it is somewhat battered from being smacked into things. Would like to know grade as well as any opinions regarding whether components are more valuable broken up or together as a bracelet. The bezel is 14k gold and the bracelet is plated. Thanks. A coin that would otherwise grade good VF would go down to about Fine. The TPG's, of course, wouldn't grade it.
