Technically a medal, I think, but outside of numismatic circles, it could be classified as advertising material or even a souvenir.

I agree with "medal" but seeing both sides would help make the distinction.

A token usually has a denomination or value. This can be considered an "advertising" memorabilia.

Or an ex-exonumic item
