STATES OF: (areas to search first on on the 'S' on STATES)
AMERICA: (areas to search first on all the letters top and bottom)

Just 63 images this time. Trying to educate what areas of the Memorial cents should be concentrated on for a DDR on them for the multi-hub dies. (Pre 1986? area)A quote from err-ref.com helps you see why this is not set at a specific year:
Quote: This transitional period extends from before 1986 (the first year that the U.S. Mint reported using the single squeeze hubbing system) to 1997 (when the single-squeeze hubbing was finally and fully implemented at both the Denver and Philadelphia mints for all denominations). This time span contains a lot of doubled dies that cannot be confidently assigned to one or the other hubbing system.
So in that range you can have multi squeezed single hub dies or single hub where the class 9 starts. So some Memorials will also have these either or both of the hubbings. Most of the class 9 Memorial doubled dies show only the central area affect and not the outside letters.
